Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Director of Human Resources, located in Mira Bhayandar with some work from home acceptable. The role involves overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The Assistant Director will collaborate with various departments to support and enhance the organization's HR functions.

Qualifications

We are looking for Fresher that can stick rather than experience / exposure

FYI Starting is 18K in-hand until 3 month probation & 20-22K for the first year

Though bonuses are from 75K to 90K performance linked (INR)

We will train you and your wage will grow incrementally based on performance
