Assistant Design Manager

As a member of the Mace team, you will play a crucial role in redefining the boundaries of ambition and creating responsible places that have a transformative impact on people, communities, and societies globally. Your focus will be on internal finishes and design work for the Airport in Ahmedabad as part of the consult business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver elements of the annual business plan and outcomes within set timeframes and budget. - Develop working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders. - Present design review data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and sub-function leadership. - Support business development and work winning activities. - Ensure the management system is followed and project roles and responsibilities are met across portfolios. - Manage a small team, coordinating work activities to achieve objectives and provide performance management, development, and coaching. - Contribute to activities reported in management reviews by collating, analyzing, and presenting data and key metrics. - Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, actively managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture. - Experience in projects of a similar nature.
