Key Deliverables

  • Develop and modify concrete mix designs per customer requirements
  • Conduct and document laboratory testing of concrete, aggregates, and cement
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for product complaints
  • Support sales team in customer trials and technical demonstrations

Role Responsibilities

  • Align product development with evolving customer needs
  • Maintain accurate test records and analysis reports
  • Support site trials and technical queries raised by contractors
  • Track market and competitor changes to inform development strategy
