Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with

  contractors, builders, and interior designers

  across MumbaiPune
• Handle:
• Retail sales orders
• Small to mid-sized project enquiries
• Coordinate remotely with the Companys

  Ahmedabad plant

  for feasibility, timelines, and execution
• Ensure technical and commercial feasibility before committing to customers
• Track payments and collections closely (critical for outstation sales)
• Share

  weekly market intelligence

  with the Director, including:
• Pricing trends
• Competitor activity
• Demand and project movement

Preferred Background

• 5+ years of experience within the

  Mumbai construction ecosystem

• Exposure to

  glass, faade, tiles, ceramics, interiors, or building materials

• Comfortable working independently without daily supervision
• Strong, active local contractor and builder network

Required Personality Traits

• High self-discipline and an ownership mindset
• Trustworthy, transparent, and process-oriented
• Strong communication skills for remote coordination
• Commercially sharp with sound risk judgement
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving market situations
