Job Description

Job Title:

Location:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive professional to join our Production & Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of production and dispatch activities aligned with customer requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing production schedules based on daily/weekly customer requirements.
Conducting monthly and daily capacity planning for production and resource utilization.
Scheduling and planning dispatches as per customer timelines.
Making timely decisions in critical production situations to ensure smooth customer line management.
Coordinating with internal teams to enhance productivity and ensure continuous improvement.
Maintaining optimal stock levels for raw materials and finished goods to minimize inventory costs.
Working knowledge of SAP for invoice generation, sales orders, inbound/outbound processing.
Monthly invoice reconciliation and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) handling for all customers.
Following up with customers for schedule adherence and dispatch confirmations.
