Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s schedule, meetings & communication
  • Coordinate reports, follow-ups & presentations
  • Handle calls, emails, visitors & office admin
  • Support basic HR tasks, vendor coordination & logistics
  • Maintain organized filing systems and daily documentation

Requirements

  • Strong communication in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace
  • Discreet, detail-focused, and multitasking ability
