Assistant cum Billing Executive – Job Description

Twamev Bliss Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant cum Billing Executive to manage billing operations and provide administrative support for our professional spa. The role requires accuracy, client interaction, and smooth coordination with the team to ensure premium service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client bills accurately using billing software/POS.
• Handle payments through cash, card, UPI, and digital methods.
• Maintain proper records of daily sales, collections, and reports.
• Assist in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client coordination.
• Welcome clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
• Support the Spa Manager in administrative and reporting tasks.
• Maintain transparency, confidentiality, and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in billing/cashier/front desk role (spa, salon, or hospitality preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, POS).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and client service abilities.
• Professional, trustworthy, and well-groomed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
