In this role, you will assist the Cost Managers and Senior Cost Managers in drafting proposals for upcoming projects and various submission activities. You will be expected to support the team as necessary and actively engage with clients, responding to their requests accurately and on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling multiple packages in projects, creating estimates and cost plans for MEP Packages, and supporting the team with estimation and reviewing the MEP scope of work. Proficiency in Cost X & data books, client interactions, MEP packages, and basic knowledge of Indian and global project procurement are essential for this role. You will also be involved in preparing Quantification Take Offs for Cost Plans/BoQs and implementing the QA/QC plan. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in cost management, ideally from a consultancy background, with a focus on data centre projects and life sciences projects. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quantification Take Offs and 1 year of past work experience with Cost X (or similar software) is required. If you are chartered or on the path to completion, we can provide assistance. A degree or comparable experience in cost management or construction discipline is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage priorities and deadlines, and a passion for building strong relationships with team members and clients are qualities we value.
