Assistant Consultant - Development

Responsibilities:
â—� Handle and resolve technical support tickets related to PHP and other web technologies. â—� Provide timely, effective, and accurate responses to user inquiries and technical issues. â—� Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by clients, working closely with the development team as needed. â—� Work on improving the ticketing system by ensuring all queries are tracked, updated, and resolved within the specified SLA. â—� Assist in maintaining and updating PHP-based applications and ensuring they run smoothly. â—� Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly. â—� Provide feedback on recurring issues and help improve the overall user experience. â—� Continuously learn about new technologies and tools relevant to the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
â—� Basic knowledge of PHP and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). â—� Familiarity with handling ticketing systems or willingness to learn. â—� Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. â—� Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. â—� Good understanding of troubleshooting techniques for web applications. â—� A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and career growth. â—� Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Good to have:
â—� Knowledge of popular ticketing systems like Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow. â—� Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. â—� Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
