Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Assistant at Coach Shachi. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting sales by creating, handling and conversions along with daily operations, managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and organizing events. Additional tasks include handling documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, and assisting in the preparation of training materials and reports. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation, and event organization
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Ability to handle client communications and manage client relationships
• Experience in a remote work environment and the ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in coaching or training environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
