Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Jaipur. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing schedules, organizing documents, handling communication, and assisting in project coordination. The Assistant will work closely with various team members to ensure smooth office functionality and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Administrative skills including document organization and schedule management
• Communication skills including handling correspondence and customer interaction
• Project coordination and time management skills
• Knowledge of office software such as MS Office and email systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
