Assistant CFO

You will be responsible for assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. You will analyze financial performance and prepare MIS for Management Review. It will be your duty to identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks. Additionally, you will supervise accounts, taxation, and finance Team Members, as well as train and mentor Junior Finance staff. Coordination with other departments to align financial planning with operations will also be part of your role. You will review and implement internal control system and financial policies. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability will be crucial in this role. Excellent communication, team leadership, and presentation skills are necessary. An analytical mindset and strategic thinking will also be essential. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, and proficiency in financial modeling and MIS reporting tools are required technical skills. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in strategic financial planning, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior finance role, preferably in manufacturing, export, or a large-scale trading company. Qualifications required for this position include CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and CMA (Cost & Management Accountant).
