Job Description

Assistant Business Manager - Purchase & Business Development (Clinical Trials)

The Assistant Business Manager Purchase & Business Development will be responsible for procurement of clinical trialrelated materials such as lab kits, investigational products, consumables, logistics and packaging items
The role includes vendor evaluation, negotiation, PO/RFQ management, pricing comparison and ensuring timely supply of materials
In addition, the role supports business development activities including proposal preparation, RFP responses, client communication, lead tracking and market research
Coordination with clinical operations, QA, regulatory, logistics, finance, and project management teams is essential to maintain compliance with GxP /GDP/ICH-GCP guidelines
Documentation accuracy, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration are critical for successful execution
