Role Overview

Support the Brand Manager in strengthening franchise hotel brandenhancing consistency, visibility, and guest engagement across all touchpoints. You’ll help design and execute brand strategies, campaigns, and partnerships that align with overall commercial goals and drive franchisee success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Assist in developing and implementing brand-building strategies and campaigns tailored for franchise hotels, including digital, print, and on-site initiatives
  
• Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to deliver consistent brand messaging and hospitality experiences Manatal.
  

2. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market research on Chennai and South India travel trends, target segments, and competitors to guide brand positioning .
  
• Monitor franchise performance metrics and present monthly brand-impact insights.
  

3. Collaboration & Brand Alignment

• Work closely with franchise owners, hotel GMs, sales, F&B, and operations to ensure accurate brand execution in marketing collateral, on-site promotions, and guest communications
  
• Facilitate internal brand briefings—align teams on campaigns, style guides, and customer touchpoints.
  

4. Digital & Social Media Support

• Assist in managing franchise social media channels and digital ads (organic & paid) for brand awareness and engagement.
  
• Track digital KPIs (impressions, engagement, conversions) and support content planning.
  

5. Vendor & Budget Assistance

• Support brand collateral production—work with vendors and agencies, monitor quality, timelines, and adherence to brand guidelines .
  
• Help track marketing expenditures, ensuring campaigns meet ROI targets in consultation with Brand Manager.
  

6. Reporting & Insights

• Prepare monthly reports on brand campaign performance, market trends, ROI metrics, and upcoming action plans.
  
• Present findings to Brand Manager and market stakeholders for continuous optimization.
