Job Description

Overview:

PepsiCo is a global leader in food and beverages, with a Design & Innovation team of 180+ award-winning designers from top agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
As a Brand Designer, you will play a hands-on role in creating impactful design solutions across our portfolio. This includes collaborating with brand teams, consumer insights, R&D, media, e-commerce and engineering to deliver high-quality, consistent design executions.
You will drive design thinking from ideation through concept development and execution, ensuring adherence to design principles and production standards. The goal: bring bold, innovative ideas to life and elevate our brands through exceptional design.

Responsibilities:

Own Brand Visual Identity: Lead the visual identity for assigned brands, collaborating with Senior Design Manager, Design Director, brand teams, insights and global design, while guiding design team members.
Create & Present Design Concepts: Develop compelling design proposals and scenarios to visualize desired outcomes and effectively communicate ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
Translate Insights into Design: Participate in research activities, convert consumer insights into actionable design requirements, and deliver innovative design solutions aligned with brand strategy.
Drive Design Execution: Lead final design recommendations and approvals, ensuring all variables are considered for successful artwork execution and production, meeting quality and performance standards.

Qualifications:

Proven Design Expertise: Minimum 4+ years of brand design experience with a strong portfolio and a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
Technical & Creative Skills: Exceptional design sense, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (3D knowledge is a plus) and ability to visualize concepts through sketches or digital tools.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent English communication skills, highly collaborative and confident in leading brainstorming sessions and presenting to stakeholders.
Project Management & Agility: Strong project management skills, thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates clear design vision,and works well under pressure.
