As an Assistant Branch Manager in the Education Industry based in Bangalore, specifically located in JP Nagar Phase 1, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the operations of our educational services center. With over 3 years of experience in the Ed-tech sector, you will be a part of the Sales & Marketing department and report directly to the Regional Manager or Area Manager. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities align with company standards and contribute towards achieving educational and business objectives. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in motivating and guiding a team comprising teachers, administrative staff, and counselors to meet targets and deliver high-quality educational services. Driving business growth and development will be a key aspect of your role, where you will design and execute local marketing strategies to expand the customer base, promote educational programs, and establish partnerships with local institutions and individuals. Building and nurturing strong relationships with students, parents, and educational stakeholders will be essential in addressing concerns, feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Financial management will also fall under your purview, where you will be responsible for managing the branch's budget, monitoring expenses, revenues, and overall profitability. Your focus on quality assurance will involve monitoring and enhancing the educational standards by ensuring compliance with the curriculum and educational guidelines. Regular reporting to senior management regarding branch performance, financials, staffing, and student satisfaction will be part of your routine tasks. Identifying training needs for staff, overseeing their development, and ensuring high-quality education delivery will also be crucial for achieving operational excellence. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to ensure compliance with educational standards, regulations, and company policies.
