Job Description

*Key Responsibilities*

- Assist in managing daily administrative and operational tasks.

- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.

- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operations.

- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.

- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.

- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communication professionally.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Support senior executives with additional tasks as needed.

*Qualifications & Skills*

- Bachelor’s degree must, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).

- 0-2 years of experience in a similar back-office role.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of office management and bookkeeping practices is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
