Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant located in Sulur. The Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and providing support to various teams. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing documents, and performing general office duties. The Assistant will also be tasked with coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Administrative and organizational skills
• Experience in scheduling, document management, and office duties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
