Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Office Assistant, located in Kanayannur. The Executive Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, maintaining office equipment, providing clerical support, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Additionally, the role entails coordinating meetings, organizing documentation, and offering professional administrative assistance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and handling Office Equipment
• Strong Clerical Skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
