Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant / Associate Professor at RNB Global University, located in Bikaner. The Assistant / Associate Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, preparing course materials, conducting research, and guiding students in their academic pursuits. Additional responsibilities include participating in faculty meetings, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in the relevant academic discipline
• Experience in teaching and curriculum development
• Excellent research skills and a track record of published work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using educational technology and e-learning platforms
• Ability to mentor and guide students
• Ph.D. in the relevant field or equivalent qualifications preferred .
• Prior experience in higher education is advantageous
