Role Description

Krishna Group of Institutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for a full-time role as an Assistant and Associate Professor in the Management Department. This is an on-site role, located in Kanpur. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, creating and updating curriculum, mentoring students, conducting academic research, evaluating student performance, and contributing to the department’s administrative and academic initiatives. You will collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic standards and actively engage in professional development activities.

Eligibility

MBA (1st Division)/ Ph.D in Management with 5+ years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching and lecture delivery skills, with the ability to engage and inspire management students
• Expertise in management disciplines such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, or related fields
• Research skills, including the ability to conduct academic studies and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in curriculum development, academic planning, and student mentoring
• Familiarity with emerging trends in management education and innovative teaching methodologies
• Ph.D. in Management or a relevant discipline from a recognized university (preferred)
• Prior experience in teaching or professional practice in management will be an added advantage
