Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PDP/Soft Skill Trainer located in Kanpur. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, enhancing students' presentation skills, developing life skills and communication abilities, and providing comprehensive soft skills training. Day-to-day tasks include creating training materials, delivering engaging workshops, and continuously assessing and improving training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and expertise in Training & Development
• Proficient in teaching Life Skills and Soft Skills
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Experience in developing training programs and conducting workshops
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
