Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Analyst to join our team at Panacorp Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports to support business intelligence initiatives.
Assist in designing and implementing new systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools is an asset.
