Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Admin Manager – Hospital Administration
Location: ECR, Chennai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospital administration
Prior experience in training staff and creating training content will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office tools and admin reporting

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative operations at the hospital unit
Supervise and support administrative staff across departments
Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs and protocols for admin activities
Conduct training sessions for administrative staff on processes, documentation, and service excellence
Create and maintain training modules and orientation materials for new recruits
Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and audit-related requirements
Address and resolve administrative issues promptly and effectively
Support hospital management in planning and execution of internal events and inspections
