Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Hyderabad
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting to: Finance Manager / HR Manager

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance department with reconciliations and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Manage bank reconciliations and petty cash accounts.
Support monthly and annual closing of books of accounts.
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment issues.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as required.
Assist in payroll processing and expense management.
Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com preferred).
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books or other accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic financial regulations.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Compensation:

Based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,051.39 - ₹27,520.98 per month
