Key Responsibilities:

Perform
Asset Servicing activities
ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support final valuation processes.
Liaise with internal teams and country offices to meet
SLA and KPI targets
.
Monitor service quality, report incidents, and ensure compliance with MSS standards.
Document and maintain
Service Level Agreements
and support efficiency improvement initiatives.
Assist in migration of complex activities and ensure adherence to operational controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
or professional qualification (CIMA, CA, ACCA, CPA preferred).
0–2 years of experience in
Asset Servicing, Fund Administration, Investment Accounting, or Securities Operations
.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under stringent timelines.

Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of
investment operations, valuations, and financial statements
.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with
custody operations
is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and ability to collaborate globally.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Exposure to
fund accounting systems
and
change management processes
.
Experience in
client servicing and SLA management
.
