Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with Banks, NDs, and MFD partners to drive mutual fund sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to increasing market share within the territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand market reach/share.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in mutual fund sales, distribution, or channel management (Banks/National Distributors/MFDs).
Strong understanding of mutual fund products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow partner relationships to drive incremental business.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with channel partners and branch teams.
Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to provide quick, accurate, and high-quality support to partners and investors.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to develop new markets and opportunities.
Strong analytical and presentation skills to track performance, identify gaps, and propose actionable strategies.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related disciplines; AMFI/NISM certification preferred
