Interview Details: Date: Saturday 21st June 2025 (10am to 5pm) Venue: Novotel-Bangalore Description • Seeking a highly skilled Asset Diagnostics Engineer to join our innovative team working on cutting-edge MALE class of UAV systems. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy the Self-Diagnostics tool for the critical UAV systems. Responsibilities • Develop good understanding of the critical systems in UAV and DAQ systems for these critical systems. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and researchers to design, develop, and deploy self-diagnostics tools for critical systems in MALE class of UAV. • Utilize expertise in statistics, machine learning, and vibration analysis to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights related to equipment health and performance. • Develop algorithms and models for fault detection and anomaly detection using historical and real-time sensor data. • Implement diagnostic algorithms into software applications or embedded systems for real-time monitoring and decision support. • Participate in deployments and field trials, working closely with field engineers to validate tool performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. • Strong background in statistics, machine learning, condition monitoring, and signal processing applied to diagnostics applications. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ for data analysis, algorithm development, and implementation. • Experience with vibration analysis techniques and familiarity with industrial sensors and data acquisition systems. • Knowledge of ISO 17359:2018 is desirable.
