Asset Compliance Lead

As a part of Hitachi Digital's HD IT team in Noida, you will play a pivotal role in asset software and hardware compliance management. Your extensive experience in this field will be crucial in leading the asset compliance track, ensuring the complete life cycle management of software and hardware assets for the organization. You will work closely with various IT groups to maintain software standards, validate product lists, and coordinate software license and maintenance agreement reviews. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising management on best practices to optimize existing assets while reducing risks. - **Identify, document, and report license compliance issues and recommend solutions for resolution. - Maintain accuracy of data in the Asset Management System according to Service Level Agreements. - Populate hardware asset data into the asset tracking system, including procurement data, contract data, and warranty information. - Provide data insights for hardware agreement renewals, negotiation, and procurement decisions. - Interact closely with counterparts globally to develop regional policies and procedures for regulatory compliance. - Conduct and lead software/hardware asset reconciliation and audit activities. - Assist in IT Asset Refresh planning, IT planning, and purchasing. - Lead all internal and external software licensing audits, analyze results, and provide corrective action plans. - Work with IT management and procurement team to optimize software licensing agreements and identify potential savings areas. - Advise and define license recommendations that support business goals. - **ITIL Foundations Certificate and experience in a multicultural environment. - Familiarity with asset management software and/or inventory tracking systems, such as Flexera, CMDB, etc. - Excellent people skills for effective interaction with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and customers. - Experience in asset management tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune, with expertise in reconciliation and manual data reconciliation. - Familiarity with contract/agreement review and accurate interpretation. - Knowledge of hardware vendors and their products, including Microsoft, Dell, HP, Cisco, and Apple. - Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and relationship skills for delivering a positive customer experience.,
