Assessment officer - Role Description

The Assessment Officer is a dynamic role that combines responsibilities in immigration process management duties. The Trainee will be responsible for handling a variety of day-to-day immigration tasks and addressing related queries through inbound and outbound calls. This role is crucial in managing immigration issues, understanding, and applying relevant immigration policies and laws, managing global immigration processes, and ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding visa processing.

Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day immigration tasks including understanding and applying immigration policies and laws.

· Handle global immigration processes and visa applications efficiently.

· Conduct inbound and outbound calls to address queries, provide information, and resolve issues related to immigration and visa processes.

· Maintain high levels of client service and support through effective communication and timely responses.

· Document and update client records based on interactions and processes undertaken.

· Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

 . Fresher or Experianced candidates 

 · Knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and laws (training will be provided for freshers).

 · Familiarity with global immigration processes and a keen interest in visa processing.

 · Experience in customer service, or a related field; freshers are welcome to apply.

 · Strong analytical and research skills with an excellent attention to detail.

 · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.

 · Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 · Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or any relevant field.
