Job Description

Looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in software development, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues related to software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
Develop and maintain documentation of technical solutions and knowledge base articles.
Participate in training and on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
Analyze and report on support metrics and trends to improve overall system performance.
Work closely with developers to resolve defects and implement fixes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech/B.E.).
Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or software development.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Familiarity with support tools and technologies, such as ticketing systems and incident management processes.
