As an experienced professional with a minimum of 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for planning and achieving sales targets for the Institutional channel in the assigned territory. Your role will involve monitoring and controlling the sales budget to ensure the optimal utilization of resources. It will also be essential to ensure the availability and visibility of products to maintain optimum fill rates and minimize out-of-stock situations. Your key responsibilities will include sales forecasting, setting targets, and implementing promotions for all categories in the assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in influencing promotions, in-store merchandising such as space allocation, assortment, and displays. Additionally, you will be involved in managing new product introductions and accounts receivables by closely collaborating with the team. In this role, you will lead a team, motivating them to achieve their performance metrics. It will be essential to understand the working styles, strengths, and weaknesses of each team member and provide continuous developmental inputs. You will also be responsible for recruiting, testing, and hiring Territory Sales Officers based on predefined criteria set by senior management. Furthermore, conducting one-on-one reviews with all Territory Sales Officers to enhance communication, identify training and development needs, and provide insights for improving sales and activity performance will be part of your responsibilities.
