Area Sales Manager - Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

• MBA Marketing from reputed institute

Experience:

• 3-4 years in FMCG- GT Channel Sales mandatory
• Currently ASM or Sr SO or SO with a reputed FMCG company

Key Requirements

• Based in Jaipur
• Must have own vehicle as this is a market role

Distributor Relationship Management

• Build sales channel partner network with Super Stockists and Distributors
• Constantly identify, engage, and recruit new distributors

Team development and growth management

• Manage Sales team, targets achievement
• Go to the market with the team to convert shops
• Solve ground-level challenges

Reporting and delivery to top management

• Follow up with the team based on sales data from the sales app.
• Daily morning evening calls with the team
• Report to sales head every week on inventory update and target achievement
