Lead or support implementations and support activities for
Oracle ASCP and/or Demantra
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for
demand planning, supply planning
, and
sales & operations planning (S&OP)
.
Work closely with SCM teams to integrate
ASCP/Demantra with Order Management, Inventory, Procurement
, and other relevant modules.
Analyze planning outputs and troubleshoot planning issues across the supply chain.
Configure and fine-tune
forecasting profiles, collections, plans, and workflows
in ASCP/Demantra.
Provide functional support for
Oracle OM processes
, including order creation, booking, fulfillment, and exceptions handling.
Support end-users, perform root cause analysis, and suggest enhancements to improve system efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum
7 years
of experience in Oracle SCM, with at least
3+ years in ASCP and/or Demantra
.
Strong functional knowledge of
Order Management (OM)
processes and integrations.
Experience in at least
12 end-to-end ASCP or Demantra implementations
.
Ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive supply chain planning improvements.
Understanding of
Oracle Collections, Data Loaders (e.g., Legacy to ASCP), and Demand Forecasting techniques
.
Familiarity with
ServiceNow, JIRA
, or similar tools for ticketing and project tracking.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
