3+ years of experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) administration, automation, Cloud integration and ETL
The ideal candidate will drive the modernization, automation, and governance of file transfer workflows, ensuring compliance, performance, and operational efficiency
The position requires effective communication and technical skills with a willingness to learn and implement tools and strategies
The candidate must be willing to design and implement solutions, work on new technology projects and improve within our current file transfer
Deep understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS/SSH)
Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer platforms in MFT platforms File Transfer solutions
Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS)
Experience with Linux/Windows Operating systems
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to multitask, manage high-priority initiatives and coordinate the activities with Service Delivery to completion
Ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group: operations support, application and service delivery teams
Requirements

As a Senior File Managed Engineer you will work with a team of to manage the MFT platform which is consumed by internal and external partners performing a mission critical function

You will help ensure five nines uptime by ensuring the platform is architected following best practices and has implemented proper alerting and monitoring

Collaborate with cross functional teams in Agile standups to understand file transfer requirements and implement appropriate solutions

Oversee the end-to-end file transfer process including planning, scheduling, and execution

Provide L3 Support, serve as an escalation point for more File Managed team members to promptly resolve issues

Develop automation and self-service mechanisms to reduce friction using the platform and ensure secure, efficient transfer of data between internal and external systems

Implement observability & logging using Splunk

Monitor performance, implement alerting, proactively resolve errors that arise through automation

Ensure security and compliance; conform to industry best practices and corporate policies to safeguard sensitive information from end-to-end
