Job Description

As a MC Delivery Professional at Capgemini, you will play a key role in delivering creative, brand-compliant, and cost-effective solutions while proactively supporting MC teams across the company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing communication and connection across various teams and relevant stakeholders, advocating for best practices and innovation. With over 5 years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within a CPG or FMCG environment, you will be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions such as marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies, and operations. While direct design involvement is not required, a basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance communication with creative teams. Your collaborative nature will be highlighted as you work with Global & Local stakeholders, leveraging your strong experience in managing the end-to-end process of artwork, printing, and digital assets creation in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment. Your Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field will complement your proven track record in functional knowledge of marketing, branding, and new product development. In addition to your primary skills, possessing excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
