What You’ll Own

• End-to-End Artwork Lifecycle:

  Manage artwork creation, TD development, and industrialization across regions

• Process Optimization:

  Drive RFT, reduce rework, and accelerate speed to market

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, CMOs, printers, and studios

• Vendor & Studio Management:

  Oversee onboarding, SLA governance, and performance tracking

• Data-Driven Excellence:

  Build dashboards (Power BI preferred), track KPIs, and lead root cause analysis

• Innovation & Cost Control:

  Deliver savings through colour/content optimization and packaging harmonization

• Compliance & Sustainability:

  Lead initiatives aligned with regulatory and environmental standards

What You Bring

• Proven experience in

  artwork operations

  within

  FMCG or CPG

  environments
• Strong command of

  CHAMPS

  ,

  TD creation

  , and packaging lifecycle tools
• Expertise in

  Power BI

  , KPI tracking, and performance analytics
• Demonstrated success in

  cross-functional leadership

  and

  studio/vendor management

• MBA in Operations Management or equivalent from Institutions like IIMs, IIT, SPJIMR, etc) preferred.
