Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Artist Relations & Acquisition professional located in Navi Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with artists, scouting and acquiring new talent, and overseeing the development of artists. Daily tasks include communicating with artists, organizing meetings, and evaluating potential collaborations. You will also deal with onboarding and communicating with artists and handling our art portfolio, and updating it regularly. The role involves staying updated with trends in the fine art industry and ensuring that Conte's artist portfolio is diverse and dynamic. They will have to maintain strict confidentiality and security of all clients' contact details and the company's intellectual property.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Can work on-site and are based in Navi Mumbai
• Is comfortable with travelling around Mumbai.
• Has good communication skills- in Hindi and English
• Is a go-getter (you could not be a graduate, but you could be good at your job)

Preferred but not compulsory

• Relevant experience or knowledge of the Fine Art industry
• Experienced in design opportunities, interiors, or advertising. (Basically, you could be a creative bug)

Salary: 10k - 25k, depending on your experience.
