This is a full-time hybrid role for a Generative Artificial Intelligence Architect at HCL Tech located in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. As the Gen AI Architect, you will be responsible for implementing AI solutions, developing algorithms, analyzing data, and creating machine learning models to drive business outcomes. You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in IT. Experience in cloud and AI architecture design for at least 5 years and software development for 3 years is mandatory for this role. Proficiency in Python, Java (and/or Golang), and Spring is required, along with expertise in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and containerization. You should have AI expertise in machine learning model development, GenAI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, DALL-E, GEMINI), and NLP techniques. Additionally, experience with Hadoop and Spark, knowledge of AI ethics and governance, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies are essential. Desired skills and experience include API development and integration, knowledge of data storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL), AI model optimization and scaling, model evaluation and validation, monitoring and logging (Prometheus, ELK Stack), GenAI model utilization and MLOps, proficiency in Data Engineering for AI, including preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline creation, expertise in AI model fine-tuning, evaluation, and bias mitigation, and understanding of serverless computing, distributed systems, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and emerging technology trends.,
