Job description

We are seeking a highly competent and forward-thinking Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Faculty to lead the design, development, and delivery of an industry-oriented AI/ML academic program for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Curriculum Design & Development

• Design a comprehensive AI & Machine Learning Foundation Program.
• Develop lesson plans, labs, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Align curriculum with industry trends and academic standards.

B. Classroom Teaching & Mentorship

• Deliver lectures, labs, and workshops.
• Mentor students in projects, research, and portfolio building.

C. Research & Innovation

• Encourage research, hackathons, and publications.
• Collaborate on applied research projects.

D. Academic Administration

• Participate in academic planning and reviews.
• Maintain records and submit reports.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc / MCA in relevant fields.
• PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• 2–5 years of teaching or industry experience.

Technical Skills:

• Python, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn.
• ML algorithms, model evaluation.
• TensorFlow / PyTorch (basic).
• Data visualization tools.
• Deployment basics (Flask/FastAPI/Streamlit preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and mentoring ability
• Strong academic mindset
• Passion for teaching and learning.

Preferred Certifications:

• Google, IBM, AWS, Azure AI/ML certifications.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to ₹1,00,000 per month.
