Role Overview: As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions to improve organizational efficiency, automate processes, and enhance decision-making capabilities. You will work with various machine learning models, data analytics tools, automation scripts, and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models according to organizational requirements. - Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for AI-driven enhancements. - Build and optimize AI tools, chatbots, automation scripts, and predictive models. - Collaborate with software and data engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI models into applications and workflows. - Evaluate and implement AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc. - Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations for innovative solutions. - Ensure that AI models adhere to ethical, secure, and responsible AI guidelines. - Prepare detailed documentation, technical reports, and model performance summaries. - Troubleshoot and enhance model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields. - 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML development (adjustable for junior/senior roles). - Certifications in AI/ML or related technologies are preferred.
