Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned AI Tech Lead who combines technical mastery with strategic foresight to guide enterprise AI initiatives from concept to production. You will lead architecture, development, and deployment of intelligent solutions across domains including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

The ideal candidate is equal parts innovator, mentor, and hands-on builder—ready to shape the future of intelligent systems and steer cross-functional teams toward high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Architect scalable AI systems using deep learning, machine learning, and neural network frameworks

· Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions for real-world use cases

· Define roadmaps and strategy for enterprise AI adoption across business verticals

· Evaluate, select, and integrate AI platforms, tools, and cloud infrastructure (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, etc.)

· Collaborate with data engineers to build robust pipelines and data ingestion frameworks

· Drive model experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring lifecycles

· Contribute to IP development, publications, and patents in the AI domain

· Ensure AI implementations align with ethical standards and governance policies

· Provide guidance and mentorship to data scientists, engineers, and product managers

? Required Skills

· Hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science methodologies

· Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or equivalent frameworks

· Solid knowledge of NLP, LLMs, generative AI, and computer vision techniques

· Experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, and ML Ops practices

· Advanced understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and distributed computing

· Familiarity with software architecture principles and system design

· Ability to lead technical discussions, influence roadmaps, and communicate complex ideas clearly
