Job Summary

Senior Full Stack Engineer

The ideal candidate will be capable of independently handling complex technical challenges, thinking strategically, and building scalable end-to-end applications while taking complete ownership of architecture and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain production-grade applications using

  Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask)

  and

  React/Next.js

  .
• Develop reusable frontend components and optimized backend services/microservices.
• Maintain clean architecture, scalability, and high code quality.
• Own the complete SDLC—design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

2. Generative AI, LLMs & Agentic Systems

• Build AI-driven applications using LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Develop and optimize

  RAG pipelines, vector search systems, embeddings, and agentic workflows

  .
• Work with vector databases:

  Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, MongoDB Atlas Vector Search

  .
• Build AI chatbots, automation agents, and intelligent assistants.
• Apply best practices in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.

3. Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage cloud workloads on

  AWS / Azure / GCP

  .
• Design serverless architectures, microservices, and event-driven pipelines.
• Work with

  Docker, CI/CD

  , and DevOps standards.
• Ensure scalability, security, cost optimization, and reliability.

4. Collaboration & Leadership

• Break down complex and ambiguous requirements into executable tasks.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Agile/Kanban environments.
