Job Description: AI Specialist

We are hiring AI Specialists (freshers and experienced) who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science, and eager to contribute to impactful AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world applications.

Work with Python, data structures, and algorithms to build scalable solutions.

Implement projects using Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization for model training.

Collaborate with teams to integrate AI into business applications, automation workflows, and decision-support systems.

Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, DL, and responsible AI practices.

(For experienced candidates) Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong programming skills in Python (knowledge of R/Java/C++ is a plus).

Understanding of ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, recommendation, etc.) and DL concepts (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).

Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, PowerBI, Tableau preferred).

Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and ability to simplify complex AI concepts.

Preferred but not mandatory

Prior experience in AI/ML projects, internships, or research.

Publications, Kaggle participation, or GitHub project portfolio.

AI/ML certifications (Coursera, edX, Udacity, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
