Job Description

Job Title:

Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions for BFSI processes using Python and Power Platform.
Develop workflows, connectors, and reusable components for process automation.
Build and integrate agentic AI/chatbot solutions for BFSI use cases.
Implement business logic, validation routines, and reporting modules using Power BI and other visualization tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution scalability and compliance.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Python (coding, debugging, integration).
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and workflow automation.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Ability to design and build AI/ML-driven automation solutions.
Strong problem-solving and solutioning mindset.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in BFSI domain (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) back-office processes.
Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Exposure to reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, etc.).
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in BFSI.
