Role Overview: As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in statutory, internal, and tax audits for a diverse range of clients. Your role will involve handling GST, income tax filings, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing financial statements, as well as management information system (MIS) reports. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in ROC filings and corporate law compliance, ensuring that all legal requirements are met. - Conduct thorough research on taxation, accounting standards, and corporate governance to stay informed of relevant changes and updates. - Draft and review legal agreements, contracts, and compliance documents. - Work on due diligence processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for corporate actions. - Liaise with regulatory authorities such as SEBI, RBI, and ROC to address compliance matters effectively. - Maintain a high standard of compliance across all activities with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
