Job Description

  • Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits for various clients
  • Handle GST, income tax filings, and regulatory compliance
  • Support in preparing financial statements and MIS reports
  • Assist in ROC filings and corporate law compliance
  • Conduct research on taxation, accounting standards, and corporate governance
  • Draft and review legal agreements, contracts, and compliance documents
  • Work on due diligence and regulatory requirements for corporate actions
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities such as SEBI, RBI, and ROC for compliance matters
