Position: Article Assistance
Qualification: CA Articles
Experience: Audit /Taxations / Statutory Audit / Investment Banking.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in operations of AIF/PMS.
• Prepare tax returns and assist in tax planning.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statement, reports, and budgets.
• Conducting audits of financial statement to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Coordination with Custody, RTA, FA, Investors and Client
• Assist in IPO.
• SEBI Compliances, Quarterly report preparation and filing, Trustee compliances, etc
