Job Summary

The ArtCAM Specialist will be responsible for translating architectural and interior design concepts into precise, machine-ready files using ArtCAM software. This role requires a unique combination of artistic sensibility and technical proficiency to ensure the highest quality of digital fabrication. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience and a passion for creating detailed, intricate designs for architectural applications.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Design: Create and manipulate 2D and 3D models and reliefs using ArtCAM from sketches, technical drawings, or existing digital files.
• Toolpath Generation: Develop efficient and accurate toolpaths for CNC milling, routing, and other fabrication processes, considering material properties and machine limitations.
• File Preparation: Prepare and optimize digital files for production, ensuring they are clean, well-organized, and ready for the CNC machine.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance on the feasibility of complex designs.
• Quality Control: Conduct test runs and simulations to identify and correct potential errors, ensuring the final product meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Material Knowledge: Possess a foundational understanding of materials like wood, stone, and composites and how they behave during the machining process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience working with ArtCAM software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a command of ArtCAM for creating 2D and 3D reliefs.
• Proficiency in related CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, CorelDRAW) is a significant plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical details to non-technical team members.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
