Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Art Director located in Kochi, India. The Art Director will lead the creative process for branding and advertising projects. Responsibilities include overseeing art direction, conceptualizing and executing design strategies, developing visual concepts, ensuring creative consistency, and collaborating closely with the marketing team and clients to meet project goals. The role requires managing a team of designers and delivering innovative and visually compelling results.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Art Direction, Creative Direction, and Branding
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and platforms
• Experience in developing and managing creative projects, including visual storytelling and brand identity
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
• Proven experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
• Educational background in design, arts, or related fields preferred
